I have been going to Taylor Brooks salon for quite few years now and my hair always looks fabulous. Michelle does my color. She is extremely talented, very professional, kind and a pleasure to be around. She knows hair and I am always confident that when I leave the salon, I am at my best. Her customer service is above and beyond and honestly she is the reason I go to Taylor Brooks. On the other hand; My complaint would be about the front desk. Don’t get me wrong, they book my appointments but every time I call they make me feel like they are doing me a favor. Even when I am paying for the service on the checkout, they are very unwelcoming as they never smile as if they have something against you. I am good around people but this is becoming annoying, unprofessional and unkind. I take customer service seriously and they definitely do not belong at the front end of such a nice place.

Great salon, very clean and the entire team is super friendly. Julia has taken care of me several times and always does a wonderful job, as do the other stylists! The highest quality (and most affordable) salon in the area. I've referred several of my friends here, they are always blown away.

So I impulsively bleached my hair and absolutely botched it. It was HORRRIBLE. So I called some Salons in my area and none of them had any space. Well this one was able to get me in ASAP today last minute (I got lucky) for a color correction. As soon as I got in the salon was clean, and the customer service was amazing. I was immediately offered drinks, and told my stylist Mikayla would be with me ASAP. Onto the Stylist- Though I had enough knowledge to know I was NOT going to be leaving that salon blonde Mikayla was very informative on different steps we could take. She also found her own way of respecting my wishes to not go darker. She was thorough and did test strands to see what my hair could handle and informed me of every step she was going to be taking. I didn’t really have many images in mind I just knew I wanted better than what was currently on my head. She didn’t make me feel bad at all for doing an at home bleach, or make me feel bad for using box dye. She was very professional and welcoming as well as thorough. Pricing: I was expecting to be spending around $500-$600 on my hair today. Nope. A whopping $375 for a color correction and hair treatment. I left that salon feeling beautiful and my hair felt healthy. Definitely will be coming back.

They saved my hair! I had an absolutely awful dye job that looked like a nightmare from 2013 and they saved it! I can look in the mirror again and I feel so happy 😁 coming back again soon!

Angela gave me everything I needed in a haircut! She was patient, energetic, and a pleasure to talk to. I received so many compliments, and I didn't even fully style it so that tells you it is a good cut!
