I must share my experience at Taylor Brooks this week. I thought I had an appointment set up for Wednesday, but when I arrived I realized I mistakenly booked it for Thursday. I had a function to attend that evening and had to get my hair done, so I left and said I will have to find another salon. Before I could get too far I received a call from the salon Manager, Shai; she said she is truly sorry about the mix up and to please give her a few minutes to speak with her stylists and make sure I can receive the service that day. Sure enough she called me back and ask that I come back in an hour, which I did, and had a wonderful experience with hair stylist Natalie who was very personable and quite skilled.
Shai, I want to thank you for the excellent service and for going above and beyond to take care your clientele. I am quite impressed with your professionalism and level of service.
