Tips for the Bride

We encourage brides to begin thinking of hair color approximately 6 to 8 months prior to the big day.  Discussing your color with your stylist will give them appropriate time to work toward the perfect color, since some color changes can take multiple visits to accomplish while keeping your hair healthy.

Pictures are priceless, if you find a photo of the color or style you wish to accomplish for your wedding day please bring them in for your stylist to look at with you.  This will help in the communication and achievement of the perfect look on  your perfect day.  Pictures do not have to be the exact updo or makeup you want it can be ideas you like or things you have trouble describing.  Take into consideration that  if you are a simple person keep your hair simple and if you are more dramatic keep your style more dramatic, your hair should fit your personality.

Prepare your skin for your wedding day.  Routine facials need to begin 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding day to see amazing results.  Facials assist in repairing your skin and they help give a beautiful glow.  The esthetician will help in determining the best facial for your skin and will recommend excellent take home products to help maintain your healthy skin at home as well.

To ensure your perfect look on your wedding day we suggest the bride to get regular trims and deep conditioning treatment. Before your wedding we suggest getting a trial run on your hair and makeup.  For your trial run on your hair please bring your veil and any other hair accessories you plan on wearing on your wedding day.  A suggestion for your trial run would be on a day you are having a shower or bridal party so that it doesn't go unnoticed.  We suggest bringing a friend, mom, or family member on the day of your trial to get critical input.

Trying to figure out a hair style to go with your dress?  If your dress is very detailed remember your hair should be simple.  If your dress is simple your hair should be more detailed. Remember you and your dress are the main focus.
