Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. If a client No Shows or cancels in less than 24 hours notice 3 times in a row or 3 times within a 6 month period we will require that client to place a deposit of 50% of the services scheduled upon booking the next appointment. The 50% will be deducted from the scheduled visit. If a client cancels the appointment in less than 24 hour notice or no shows to the appointment the amount is non-refundable and will not be applied to the next visit. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for any service and any dollar amount. A gift certificate for any of our services makes a terrific present for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, employees, and business clients. If you are looking for to purchase a gift certificate for one of our clients you can call ahead so that we may have them all ready for you to pick up or to mail to the recipient. We accept payment by phone if you are unable to come into our salon.
